  • 2 Apples.
  • 125 grams nuts.
  • 125 grams grapes.
  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 30 ml of vinegar.
  • 150 ml olive oil, extra virgin.

Steps to making Waldorf Salad

  • To start we will roast the walnuts slightly in a pan, after a few minutes that they are already toasted we will reserve them while they cool and proceed to cut them into large pieces.
