 3 celery sprigs.
 2 Apples.
 125 grams nuts.
 125 grams grapes.
 1 egg yolk.
 30 ml of vinegar.
 150 ml olive oil, extra virgin.

Steps to making Waldorf Salad

To start we will roast the walnuts slightly in a pan, after a few minutes that they are already toasted we will reserve them while they cool and proceed to cut them into large pieces.

Now to prepare the mayonnaise we get a bottomed container, add the egg yolk, salamis and start beating with a whisk or whatever you have by hand, incorporate the oil in the fine jet to make the emulsion and to finish we add the vinegar and place it cold.

Peel and cut the apples into dice or canes, the celery into pieces often and wash and centrifuge the lettuce. Then in a salad bowl, we put the celery, apple, half the walnuts, and raisins, pour the mayonnaise to taste and mix well.
