INGREDIENTS

  • 0,8 kg chicken breast without honey, cut into 2 centimeter cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the teriyaki sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar black
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated fresh
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
