For the teriyaki sauce:
1/4cupsoy sauce
1tablespoonsugarblack
1tablespoonvinegar
1teaspoongarlicchopped
1/2teaspoongingergrated fresh
1tablespooncornstarch
1cupwater

Instrucciones
In a large bowl, combine chicken with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan, combine all teriyaki sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Add teriyaki sauce to chicken and toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken with the sauce and cook, stirring constantly, until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Serve the teriyaki chicken with white rice and vegetable salad.
Notas
For extra crispy chicken, you can bread it before cooking. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Dip the chicken in the flour and breadcrumb mixture, then cook according to directions.
If you don't have soy sauce, you can substitute 1/4 cup chicken broth or water with 2 tablespoons soy sauce powder.
You can add other ingredients to the teriyaki sauce, such as mushrooms, onions, or carrots.
